Plymouth Meeting, Pa. (February 20, 2025) – GridBase®, a Grid151® company proudly welcomes Rhiannon Bolen as Senior Vice President, National Sales Director. In this role, Bolen will be instrumental in expanding the company’s national footprint and advancing its mission to revolutionize the real estate and mortgage ecosystem.

Bolen is known as a trusted advisor in the mortgage industry, having served in various capacities in business to business outside sales and sales leadership roles for close to 25 years. As an enterprise level sales leader at regional and national levels, Bolen’s focus has always been to support her client’s or team’s objectives, assist them in navigating the mortgage industry, and create mutual success through constructive partnership.
As a previous independent business owner and entrepreneur, Bolen translated her skill set into the mortgage industry, beginning her industry career in operations and underwriting, then spending some years in the Mortgage Insurance/Credit Risk space before transferring into Capital/Secondary Markets and finally landing in technology.
Bolen has a passion for industry involvement. She is a long-time board member of the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association (TMBA) and a Vice-Chair with the Mortgage Bankers Association, focused on Advocacy and Political Action on behalf of the industry. She has served as the committee chair for various committees and groups.
In addition, Bolen is also the founder of the Texas Women Mortgage Bankers Group, a subset of TMBA. She is a former President for the Dallas chapter of National Association of Professional Mortgage Women and Dallas Mortgage Bankers Association. She was the recipient of TMBA’s James Wooten scholarship for the MBA Future Leaders Program in 2013 and has earned both her Accredited Mortgage Professional and Certified Mortgage Banker designations. Bolen credits her success to her desire to grow and learn consistently through career enrichment programs and industry involvement.
