(May 23, 2024) – GridBase®, a Grid151® company, announced a significant integration with Corporate Settlement Solutions (CSS), a comprehensive provider of commercial and residential real estate settlement solutions. This partnership aims to streamline home equity lending processes for lenders using the GridBase technology.
Through this integration, CSS’s home equity solution leverages GridBase technology to enable seamless ordering of CSS property reports, flood zone determinations, and recordings directly within the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) platform. This enhancement eliminates the need for manual order entry, thereby reducing processing time and improving delivery times for crucial property information.
